Submit a Complaint or Report a Product Quality Issue
Tasmanian Botanics is committed to ensuring the safety, quality, and consistency of our medicinal cannabis products. If you are a patient, healthcare professional, pharmacist, or distributor wishing to report a product quality concern, adverse event, or provide a formal complaint, please complete the form below.
We treat all submissions seriously and manage them in accordance with our AU-GMP Quality Management System and applicable regulatory requirements.
Please provide as much detail as possible, including batch numbers and supporting documentation where available. This allows our Quality team to investigate and respond appropriately.
NOTE: If you are experiencing any symptoms or concerns related to your product, please seek advice from your healthcare professional as soon as possible. If symptoms are severe or worsening, please contact emergency services immediately.
Adverse events related to medicinal cannabis products can also be reported directly to the TGA via the ‘Report a Problem’ section on the TGA website.
